JRM Construction Management has officially announced its partnership with JPMorgan Chase in the ambitious build-out of their new global headquarters at 270 Park Avenue. This iconic skyscraper, developed by Tishman Speyer, soars to 1,388 feet, making it a striking addition to Midtown Manhattan’s skyline. The project marks a significant evolution in modern workplace design.

The scope of JRM’s work included the comprehensive interior construction of 28 floors totaling over 1.3 million square feet, designed to accommodate approximately 10,000 employees. The newly developed spaces blend functionality, wellness, and cutting-edge technology, reflecting JPMorgan Chase’s vision for work environments of the future.

In delivering premium office spaces, JRM collaborated with notable architectural firms, including Foster & Partners, Gensler, and Studios. The result is an impressive array of high-class amenities, which include advanced corporate dining facilities, tech-enhanced conference centers, luxurious health and wellness areas, and top-tier security centers. The project motto, “Pride and Precision,” resonates through every aspect of the build-out.
