We recently received the yearly news about what shows will be canceled and what shows will be renewed for another season. But let’s talk about the new shows that have just been announced! Today we are going to focus on a new comedic series that has just officially been confirmed to head into production. The series F.I.N.E will head into production and is confirmed for at least one season.
The series will star the comedic Australian actor Lilly Dennis. Some of the highest sort after actors have come out of Australia in the last ten years, so anytime a new one emerges and is finding success, it tends to make some noise. Lilly Dennis has been in the industry for over ten years, having both successes on screen as well as on Broadway. The young actress is also famous for her comedic TikTok videos featuring different accents and characters. It’s no wonder the young actress has been selected to star in this new series.
F.I.N.E will have a majority female cast, as it follows two women with unconventional addictions who meet at a DIY support group for addicts that aren’t taken seriously by the medical community. As their lives slowly unravel, they find support and strength in each other and the oddball recovery group they now find themselves a part of. Dennis takes on the role of Abbie and will star opposite Hollywood star Amy Letcher (NCIS), who takes on the gripping role of Belle. Both main characters struggle with their own odd addiction and find comfort in the unlikely friendship they develop. Dark Horse Productions will produce the series and will star a strong list of guest stars that are yet to be announced. F.I.N.E will be available to stream, but those announcements are not yet confirmed. With already a strong fanbase forming behind this dark comedy series, we will be sure to keep you up on the latest updates.
