Garcia currently assumes the role of the global chief financial officer (CFO) and U.S. president for the prominent global single-family investment enterprise and multinational conglomerate holding company Talipot Holdings. As the CFO, Garcia oversees its financial management. Previously, Garcia was the chief investment officer (CIO) and CFO of the Illinois State Treasury, where he led the treasury’s combined $52 billion investment portfolios and $275 billion in related banking operations and payment services over his six years of service.
