Certified Aviation Earns FAA Diamond Award of Excellence 6 Years in a Row
The CAS team receiving their Diamond Award for the sixth year in a row.

CAS Components was awarded the 2021 Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) AMT Diamond Award of Excellence for the sixth consecutive time. The Diamond Award of Excellence is the FAA’s highest award for aircraft maintenance and technicians. To qualify for the award, 100% of an organization’s eligible maintenance technicians must complete specialized, continuous training in aircraft systems, regulations, and FAA rules over a 12-month period.

“We at CAS treat training as a ‘team sport.’ Everyone in the company is part of the training process and is responsible for continuous improvement. We utilize information about best practices from industry sources, look for new training techniques and materials from both the Alabama state agencies as well as the FAA and use this to provide our personnel with a better product each year. One of the more vital pieces of what we do is continuously monitor our new hires to ensure they are getting the most out of the training and look for opportunities to help arm them to do their job to the best of their ability.” – Brad Caban, President CAS Components.

CAS is proud of the six-year streak we are on and will continue with our mission of “Safety, Quality, and Value” in everything we do. We look forward to the coming years ahead.
