The Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association (FLEOA) has issued full support and congratulations to both federal and local law enforcement agencies following the recent raid of a residence in Tujunga, California. This operation is linked to an alleged sex trafficking network reportedly led by Robert Anthony Shinn, a self-proclaimed “TikTok pastor.”

On July 25, federal agents collaborated with local authorities to execute a high-impact raid on Shinn’s property. This operation followed months of thorough investigation into serious allegations of sexual exploitation and psychological coercion associated with the controversial religious group known as “Shekinah Church.” The raid was conducted under the authority of sealed search warrants related to a federal sex trafficking probe that has attracted significant national attention.

FLEOA National President Mathew Silverman praised the efforts of the agents and officers involved, stating, “We commend the agents and officers who led this courageous operation in pursuit of justice for the victims. This case exemplifies the relentless determination and coordination required to dismantle dangerous trafficking networks operating here on American soil. The success of this raid sends a clear message that exploitation will not go unpunished.”

The investigation reportedly began when former members of Shekinah Church filed lawsuits alleging they were coerced into sexual acts under the leader’s claims of spiritual authority. Numerous victims described being forced to work without compensation, subjected to coercive control, and threatened with spiritual consequences for their noncompliance. The Department of Homeland Security, along with local law enforcement, is spearheading the ongoing criminal investigation.

FLEOA recognizes the relentless dedication of law enforcement personnel who have worked tirelessly on this sensitive case, highlighting their courage, discipline, and commitment to protecting the vulnerable.

As the investigation continues, FLEOA remains committed to advocating for the essential tools, training, and interagency cooperation necessary to combat human trafficking across the nation.

Silverman emphasized the importance of maintaining a focus on human trafficking awareness, victim support, and rigorous enforcement, stating, “This case underscores why these issues must remain top national priorities. We are proud to stand with the men and women of law enforcement who answered that call in Tujunga.”

The ongoing investigation is expected to uncover more details about the alleged trafficking operation, and law enforcement agencies are urging anyone with information to come forward.
