Goodway Group, the digital partner advertisers trust to deliver campaign performance and media efficiency, is growing stronger this year with an increase in market demand for its services. Building off of its most successful year to date, Goodway Group is projecting to expand by 25% in 2021 growing its team of nearly 400 via a remote-first model, which the agency first introduced over 13 years ago.
Goodway Group’s expansion plans encompass headcount growth in all of its service areas as the company continues to scale across its programmatic, social, search, CTV, data and analytics, and other multi-channel offerings. It is focusing on elevated skill sets and bringing more omnichannel and data capabilities across all areas of the organization for performance-driven marketing results. As part of this growth, 40% of the open roles are for newly created positions. A significant number of recent new hires also hail from diverse backgrounds in alignment with the company’s commitment to the Learning and Inclusion Initiative.
