Jessica Stefanko has been named Administrator at The Carolina Inn, Fayetteville’s premier assisted living community located in the Village Green neighborhood in the heart of the city.
“Jessica has been a trusted part of The Carolina Inn team for many years. She is extremely knowledgeable about the community and deeply understands our culture,” said Jared Fryer, President of Village Green Real Estate and Development.
She joined The Carolina Inn in 2008, then served as Director of Admissions for nearly a decade. In that role, she worked closely with seniors and their families to welcome new residents into the community.
“Jessica’s creativity, drive and leadership—and her ability to thrive in challenging situations—makes her ideal for administrator,” Fryer continued. “She exemplifies the high standards we set for our personnel.”
Angela Rabelos, Community Admissions Director, agreed.
“Born and raised in Fayetteville, Jessica is a real southern gem. She leads with kindness and understanding, and has a true guidance for those who need senior assisted living support,” Rabelos said. “She helps families stay strong together during times when they are facing life-changing decisions.”
In her new position, Jessica will oversee operations, employee and resident relations, and regulatory compliance for The Carolina Inn.
“It’s rewarding to help families find a home for their loved ones…a home that not only meets their individual needs but more importantly where they feel comfortable,” said Stefanko. “As a pioneer in assisted living, The Carolina Inn has a rich heritage of serving area seniors for more than 20 years. I’m proud to have been a part of that legacy and look forward to aiding more families on their journey.”

The protected environment also boasts the highest licensed nursing-to-resident ratio for assisted living communities in the area.
Person-centered care includes assistance with daily activities, personal hygiene and dressing…as much or as little as needed… along with medication management and monitoring. Dining options and nutritious meals are included, too. Everyone is equipped with an emergency response system while security and maintenance are provided 24 hours per day. Additionally, Life Enrichment programs are offered to keep residents physically active, socially engaged and mentally stimulated.
