M Moser Associates, a global workplace design firm, announced that Sam Farhang will be joining the firm as a Director based out of Los Angeles. As M Moser continues to evolve design in the workplace, this addition will contribute to its rapid expansion across North America and establish its presence in the LA market.

“Companies in every industry are transforming their business models to align with the purpose-driven experience that employees seek. At the heart of this transformation is the employee – and the environments in which they work their magic,” said Nabil Sabet, M Moser Group Director, North America. “These transformations require a very strategic, holistic design approach, ensuring the wellbeing of people and the planet. This is in the DNA of what we do here at M Moser. Sam’s addition to the team will help us take this purpose-driven, integrated design to the next level, and we’re thrilled to begin this relationship with him.”

Farhang joins M Moser with a long history in the design industry, including nearly a decade at Rapt Studio, where he most recently served as President and Creative Director. He studied architecture at Woodbury University in Burbank, California, and has overseen projects across a myriad of industries both within North America and globally, including Ticketmaster, goop, The Honest Company, Dollar Shave Club, TBS, HBO, and Macquarie. His client-first approach is closely aligned with M Moser’s mission to champion the employee, and his expertise in holistic design will help bolster the firm’s already well-established design process.

“Everything we do is measured through our experiences, and the design process is no different,” said Farhang. “A project is not complete until you’ve considered every aspect of what the employee will see, from how the breakroom will bring them reprieve from their day to how the art on the wall will make them feel. This holistic approach integrates design in a much more meaningful way and contributes to a purposeful experience in the workplace. M Moser is already ahead of the curve in this regard, and I look forward to collaborating with this remarkable team to bring purposeful design to life.”

Farhang’s holistic approach will also contribute to M Moser’s renewed commitment to prioritizing work-life integration, as the line between work and home continues to blur for employees across the globe. Now more than ever, workplaces must create a sense of purpose and community, rather than focus on fleeting trends alone.

With the addition of Farhang, M Moser is well positioned to continue expanding its reach as they work with the biggest minds to do their life’s best work while enabling other companies to do theirs.
