NexCore Group, a national healthcare, life sciences, and seniors housing real estate developer, broke ground on the new, state-of-the-art Westfield Medical Office Building and Westfield Ambulatory Surgery Center in Westfield, IN. Upon its completion in 2024, the integrated healthcare facility will offer convenient and comprehensive medical services to the rapidly growing Westfield community.
Located at the intersection of US31 and SR32, the Westfield Medical Office Building and Westfield Ambulatory Surgery Center will be developed to support Outpatient Integrated Strategies (OIS). When completed, the facility will enable patients and practitioners to access local, comprehensive, and centralized care. The 3-story, class-A Medical Office Building will feature 60,000 square feet of rentable space, ample surface parking, and an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) operated by Westfield Ambulatory Surgery Center, LLC. In addition to housing an ASC, the facility will feature wound care, laboratories, diagnostic imaging, and a complement of clinical spaces and physician services.
