Oasis Psychiatric Day Program announces that it has received The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval® for Behavioral Health Care and Human Services Accreditation. This distinguished accreditation highlights Oasis’ dedication to providing exceptional patient care while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.

In May 2023, Oasis Psychiatric Day Program underwent a rigorous onsite review and demonstrated continuous compliance with The Joint Commission’s performance standards. The evaluation encompassed several areas, including emergency management, environment of care, infection prevention and control, leadership, medication management, and individual rights and responsibilities.

The Joint Commission’s standards are developed using evidence-based guidelines in consultation with renowned healthcare experts, providers, and patients, enhancing performance and improving patient outcomes. The surveyors conducted comprehensive onsite observations and interviews to assess the program.
